Travel back in time to Ville-Marie in its infancy. The visit follows the traces of the city’s earliest days and offers the chance to visit the gardens of the Saint-Sulpice Seminary.

All walking tours are two hours long and are offered in French as well as in English – Rain or Shine. Tickets are sold at the departure point 15 minutes before the designated start time of the visit. The Urban Forest will be the ideal place to enjoy a pleasant break in the heart of the city center! A rich, diverse and free program will be offered to passers-by throughout the summer.

Concerts, Yoga workshops and free and open-air shows will be offered throughout the summer on the site of the Urban Forest.

Morning Yoga with the Art of Living, every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45 a.m., in the Urban Forest.
