600 objects from the collection of the Hospitallers of St.Joseph, of Hôtel-Dieu, relate a history forever entwined with that of Montreal.

The Musée des Hospitalières de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal, inaugurated in 1992, commemorates the 350th anniversary of the foundation of Montreal.

This exhibition examines questions brought up by work related to conservation and restoration. Damaged objects and works of art receive a new look after treatment.

Children will enjoy a whimsical look at the Celtic origins of Halloween and associated beliefs on a surprise-filled tour of the Museum. You'll have a ghostly good time, with chills and thrills!

On a path where surprises lurk around every corner, families will discover various Halloween traditions.
Plan for about 45 minutes to complete this tour accompanied by and interpreter-guide. The last tour in English leaves at 3:00 p.m.
During the Traditional Ghost Walk, the visitors follow a ghost that unearth the hidden secrets that haunted and still haunt the streets and alleyways of Old Montréal.
