600 objects from the collection of the Hospitallers of St.Joseph, of Hôtel-Dieu, relate a history forever entwined with that of Montreal.

The Musée des Hospitalières de l'Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal, inaugurated in 1992, commemorates the 350th anniversary of the foundation of Montreal.

Family groups are invited to gather in the kitchen to bake bread, churn butter and taste the fruits of their labour!
Free guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays. Enter the heart of our history while visiting the Maison LeBer-LeMoyne, one of the oldest fur trading posts in the country.
Children will enjoy a whimsical look at the Celtic origins of Halloween and associated beliefs on a surprise-filled tour of the Museum. You'll have a ghostly good time, with chills and thrills!

On a path where surprises lurk around every corner, families will discover various Halloween traditions.
Plan for about 45 minutes to complete this tour accompanied by and interpreter-guide. The last tour in English leaves at 3:00 p.m.
The Pick a Peck of Pumpkins exhibition offers a new tour for children!
The exhibition unveils the life and work of Jeanne Mance (1606-1673) co-founder of Montréal, founder of the Hôtel-Dieu and Canada's first secular nurse.
The exhibition can be visited individually during the museum's opening hours. A guided tour can also be reserved for groups.
